Unable to register JCIDE

I am running into an error message when trying to register JCIDE. When clicking 'Register on line now' a login box pops up - on entering my login details I get the message 'login error!'. I have tried resetting my password, so I don't think that that is the issue. Is anyone else having the same trouble, or does anyone have a solution to this issue?
