Description 

The index is an unsigned byte that must be a valid index into the local variable of the current frame ([[3.5_Frames| Section 3.5, Frames]]). The immediate unsigned byte1 and byte2 values are assembled into a short const where the value of const is (byte1 << 8) | byte2.
