Is there any methods to improve the transfer bit rate between card reader and card?

You can improve frequency of the chip, but the card maybe become unstable.

You can refer to chapter 8 of the《ISO-IEC 7816-3》 about TA1, and refer to chapter 5 of the 《ISO 14443-4》about TA1.
And you need to ask card's manufacture to update TA1.
