Recently, China’s State Council issued the “Guiding Opinions on Urban Priority Development for Public Transport”, which proposed to gradually develop interconnection of inter-city public transport "all-in-one-card" and to provide more convenient, efficient and safe public transport services for people. The State Council has approved Province Jiangsu, Guangdong and Jilin to carry out the pilot work.
