1. Can I amend my order once the order is being processed?

Your products will be packaged very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to "order processing". This includes changing the delivery method, shipping address, or applying a discount.

2. What if I change my mind and don't want to accept the parcel?

If you do not accept or sign the package when it's delivered to your address, we will ship the package back to the manufacturer's warehouse. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping fees. Meanwhile, the original shipping fees from manufacturer's warehouse to your country and taxes paid are not refundable.

If you don't want the parcel any more, it's recommended to accept your parcel and then apply return service instead of rejecting it.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of the goods sold in our online store are in stock. And we will deliver your package the next day after you place the order and complete payment. Our delivery partners are UPS,Fedex,TNT and DHL. They will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Usually it will get to you within 7 days. We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations we will try our best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.

4. How can I track my order?

Please track your package through our delivery agents' websites with your tracking number.

5. What should I do if I have found shipping damage or wrong items?

Please check the packaging box first and see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.

If the box is damaged or items missing when you open the package, please contact us and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.

6. What happens if I gave the wrong delivery address?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In the event of an order being delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered at all, we will inform you by email. And you may contact us or our delivery partners to arrange for another delivery.

7. When can I obtain refund if I apply return service?

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
